We don't have enough information about Rebecca, but she is more likely to be a temporary crew member.
I don't think Jimbie ever meant he would travel with the crew, but when Luffy said he'd put Fishman Island under his protection he would join Luffy as a ally (like he was with White Beard).

I'm convinced the introduction of Rebecca and her involvment with Luffy hints that she will wind up eating the Mera Mera somehow in the chaos of the final battle. One of my main reasons behind this is the short mocking she received this past chapter. In my opinion, the "undefeated female gladiator" reference and the importance of Spartan's role in bullying Rebecca leads me to believe Rebecca may not be undefeated at all, or may not even have the caliber of strength such a name conveys. What I believe is that Spartan, as strong and reknown as he is within the colisseum, typically allowed Rebecca to make it to the final two, he defeating everyone else. He and her would "battle," though everyone understood that Spartan was simply playing with her, as a bully would. Her resentment toward Spartan and the mocking of other gladiators leads me to believe the undefeated female gladiator monicure is merely a reference to how she's never had to truly fight anyone because Spartan always allowed her to advance so he could play with her.
This isn't to say Rebecca doesn't have some extrodinary skill as a gladiator. Even so, I believe she isn't at the tier of skill she knows she needs to be to defeat Doflamingo without the Mera Mera. If she couldn't beat Spartan, who was merely toying with her, how would she be able to defeat a warlord? Hence the biting of the lower lip before her departure. I'm not quite sure how Doflamingo fits into her story (maybe he allowed Spartan's game to happen or killed a family member (I hope not love), but it is obviously enough for her to want to kill him.
Now, back to my original prediction of Rebecca. Assuming she somehow makes it to the final four, which I strongly believe she will in order to illustrate her and Luffy's newfound relationship, she'll obviously be the weakest gladiator of the group. Because of this seemingly lack of threat, Burgess, Bartolomeo, and the Doflamingo Family will disregard her for a while. Luffy will likely leave her alone as well, but simply because they've developed a friendship of sorts. In the chaos of the gladiators battling, Rebecca will somehow (another one of those details I'm uncertain of) find and obtain the Mera Mera, and, driven by her will to kill Doflamingo, eat it right then and there (there's also an issue of how honorable Rebecca is as a warrior, especially since she admires Kyros so much, but if we are given more of her tragic backstory and reasoning behind wanting to kill Doflamingo, her decision to eat the DF may still be justified).
Of course, this means nothing to the other gladiators, who will likely point out the dishonorable means by which Rebecca ate the fruit, for they can simply kill her and hope to find the Mera Mera once more. This predicament means even less to Burgess, who with the rest of the BB pirates, has been DF hunting for the past two years, killing and stealing his victims powers. Now, Luffy, having already established a fondness for Rebecca, seeing how now his brother's powers are within Rebecca, will vow to protect her at all costs, just as he vowed to do for Ace. Add in the appearances of Zoro, Sanji, Franky and the gang and we have a full scale meltdown in which the SHs defend their new friend, and metaphorical representation of Ace.
Obviously this prediction is sliding somewhat into the fanfiction side of things, but nonetheless is arguably resolves the dilemma of Luffy wanting someone he cares/trusts eating his brother's DF, sets up a possible tragic backstory for Rebecca (a sure fire prelude to joining the crew), and alleviates the argument that logias cannot enter the crew because they'd upset the balance of power. Say what what you will, but crazy theory or not, Rebecca will play a major role in this arc.
^how bout d possibilty of rebecca being Kyros's daughter or relatives?
Just make sense how she admire him so much, and then she found out that Kyros is still alive and become an Admiral.
Maybe somehow the battle royal would turn ugly and Kyros(Fujitora) force to save her and enter the ring, then his identity would revealed.
Flamingo already predict luffy would enter coliseum, I'm sure he also predict arrival of Admiral since he revoked his status. I think he already set a trap for them.
Imo, luffy+Fujitora would join forces. Zorro+sanji will go all out battle against spades and diamonds.
Y'all, Doesn't Bellamy look curiously like DD in that panel? Could they be related? Is that why he spared his life? He might be DD's stupid brother...lol. Anyway, where is Sarquis seeing as Bellamy is alive and well?
Dude, Usopp has ALWAYS been a tank. That used to be his greatest ability outside of his sniping. He might have something even better by this point.

We all know she's gonna fail to kill DD.
So far, we know we have:
Division A: Jesus Burgess
Division B: ???
Division C: "Lucy"
Division D: Rebecca
Who's gonna come out on top in B, is the question. Bellamy? (Epic Luffy vs. Bellamy rematch, anyone?!). Bartolomeo? Beautiful Prince? (Hint: No)
Nah.. Luffy would just ohko him again. IIRC, he already had a 60mil bounty when he met Luffy and after all this time he's still only a hundred mil pirate. Basing on his character he probably has done lots of trouble and yet he only got that far. Chopper should be enough for the him imo.

Lot's of introductions in this chapter, but the question is, how many of htem are actually relevant?
The only ones that possibly have any relevance so far are Cavendish and perhaps Rebecca, though if there was this "rvialry" between her and that Spartan-guy luffy one-shotted, than it's possible she isn't that super strong either.
Bartolomeo not being seen can also mean he's a wild-card.
So far it's a given Jesus and Lucy will win in their blocks.
As for block B and D, I'm guessing Cavendish and Rebecca with caution...
cause in the end Oda never fails to put in a twist.
I'm going to call it now, bartolomeo will somehow be Gin ! Just sayin lol
1 legged puppet dude for nakama!!
Damn jesus looks big. Did we already see urouge the supernova monk dude? If not BB could stole his fruit andgave it to jesus.
The guys that think the fruit fits sanji. I dont think so his dream is the all blue. And as a real chef he wants to swim in it and capture the fishs himself !
*sigh* Your theories just aren't as crazy as they used to be, cross. This one would actually be a really good twist/revelation/reintroduction of Gin. The only thing that makes me doubt it is that Sanji is not around, and has been given his own little mini-arc for Dressrosa, so we probably won't see him tournament-side.
