Nano, I guess I don't think it's Sage Mode. But I admit that all I'm doing is pure speculation brought on by Lack Of Manga Sauce.

It's gonna be another long, long Naruto-less week. :s:

- Juugo's ability allows him to naturally gather a certain type of natural energy but it's not exactly the same as Kabuto's Sage mode which is a more controlled balanced version. Just as the frog style has consequences for those unable to control it turning into statues. The snake style which I theorize is more mental heavy drives you mad.


- All living things & possibly non living posses natural energy but it requires focus and control to draw out sage mode.

Kind of Ironic when you look at things now, Naruto and Sasuke seems to be caught in a cycle that started with those two.

Most likely both sides will pull back after they realize that they're evenly matched.
