Last we knew he was planning on taking revenge on Spandam...but from the looks of things he very well may be part of the Underground or part of a larger crew. Definitely not RA (unless Lucci has changed his view of "justice"). Also, since CP9 was defeated and blemished the WG's image, I'd say they have no place in the WG anymore, especially seeing as how they (the WG) were unforgiving of weak subordinates even before merciless Akainu became the Marine Admiral. I sort of hope he and the rest of CP9 are a group of their own in the NW, but I'm sure we'll be graced soon enough.
idk they might find the gov unjust now? i doubt they are in a crew or in the underworld, since those would not be just.
