That doesn't really matter IMHO. If Aries appeared as a breakdancing duck, she would have the same effect on Loki. The only thing different is that us the readers would be confused as hell.

Maybe they only change when the summoner has a strong desire for a certain type or maybe that just Virgo since she's a maid and is suppose to change to fit her masters look.
