So far these have been unsaid rules, now I'm making them official...
a) Birthday threads are reserved for moderators and administrators.
b) Birthday threads can't be opened by the one who's celebrating, that's so lame.
Now I realize that some poor souls don't get enough attention and such... but still, if everyone would get a birthday thread here in the watercooler... we'd, statistically, get a new thread every day, as we have around that many real active members... just... don't.
