Most of these ppl use Photoshop
Check out [Cross] and Ravona, they RAPE at Photoshop, she made my sig and avatar:D
Btw, mods, move this thread to the appropriate section, he's new so I'm guessing he doesn't know certain rules
check out www.deviantart.com for loads of tutorials on how to make signatures like some people have :) hope that helps you.
