I'm guessing the powers of sky dragon work differently than the fire or iron dragon powers and the cat girl only talks about healing powers while the other dragons are offensive.

all in all it was a nice chapter, im glad jura came back,
didnt like it at all that he got wiped out so easy at the beginning cuz he is one of the ten holy mages
even if he isnt on the nivaeu of the greatest ones
and of course i want to see wendy in action

I think it is a coincidence. So far he hasn't shown the trademark "vampire" fangs and the
"roar of the [insert element here] dragon" attack that the other dragonslayers have.
