It seems they're going to animate Kakashi Gaiden and its going to air August 1.

I knew they where gonna animate it sooner or later it would make no sense what so ever for them not too. Even Bleach did thier flashback chapter so Naruto had too.
Besdies seeing the 4th Hokage in action will garuntee an audiance!
