Ok, here is my question: One of the ways of becoming a captain is by defeating a captain. Hisagi defeated Tosen, former captain. Does that make Hisagi the new captain?
I think it's been asked already, but I'll reanswer. Traditionally there has to be 200 witnesses from the soul society present. Also Tousen was no longer a captain of the 13 Court Guard Squad, he defected in the SS arc.Quote:
