Minato only sealed half the Kyuubi's chakra in Naruto. Jiraiya confirms this (Ch. 370) and then Minato himself confirms it (Ch. 440). The other half is sealed with the Shiki Fujin technique (Reaper Death Seal).Quote:

No. The Frog Key regulates the seal on Naruto's stomach. It can strengthen or weaken the seal on Naruto. It isn't the place where Minato sealed the other half the Kyuubi's chakra. The other half is sealed with Minato in the Death God.Quote:

Q: According to this...would the sharingan be able to read his movements EXACTLY in Sage Mode too or was it just a miscalculation on Pein's part. Basically, what I am saying is would the sharingan misread Naruto's attacks while in Sage Mode?
Yes. Its pretty much the same as when Sasuke fought 1-tail Kyuubi Naruto. Sasuke was able to predict Naruto's physical movements, but couldn't predict the movement of the Kyuubi's chakra.Quote:
