By the way, I decided to leave the Clannad FC as just the way it is for now. Too lazy to upload pictures.

Maybe I should get a Negima club going...at least Negima wouldn't end in another 9 weeks or so.

I just hope it doesn't turn out like the movie(yes I watched it after a friend insisted I do so....) Although all things are pointing toward that conclusion.

Yes there is the same sad parts in it. But I'm pretty sure the anime will end with the visual novel's True Ending.

Yea, if you read behind the lines and notice how Tomoya keeps remembering the story of the lone girl in that world, it makes sense. Hopefully they do use the True Ending, if not. I don't think I'll watch another love type anime again. :-\ I just got to attached to Nagisa to see an ending like that, which also means I don't plan on seeing the movie. :p

I really hope they use the ~After Story Bad end.... We need more heart wrenching anime like AIR..... And I don't think KyoAni will think twice about about it either.. I mean after that "event" in episode 16(Just saw it) they played that cheerful ED...

The same thing happens in both endings. If their going based completely on the visual novel, the next 2 esp's will show us how its going to end. Spoilers below for why I think it's going to end with the true ending. You could also say another reason for the true ending is because the clannad movie already has the bad ending. :p

The way the game works is you need to collect "lights", the "lights" that you need to collect are what is shown in the openings and from various discussion during the anime... Tomoya is already said to have this light form various sources from S1 and After Story, implying that this is his second chance to make things right.

If you haven't figured it out yet, Tomoya is the robot that you see in the openings with the lonely girl. This explains why he heard of Nagisa's play, but couldn't remember from where. It's because he "lived" it, in a sense. There's some debates on various forums that I been to, that say Nagisa is the girl you see. Which would make the story come together a whole lot more. It also explains how Nagisa knows of a play that not even her parents can remember.

All in all, the only way to get this ending from the visual novel, is by completing every single ending in the game. Which is about 15 from what I can tell. So not a lot of people ever truly saw this ending, unless they loved the story as much of us do. The only ending they saw was Nagisa dieing, or Tomoya with the other heroins.

PS: Yes, I did need to put up that many warnings. I don't want to ruin this for anyone else, like how it was ruined for me.
