The pictures need to be in color, Darkfire. Plus, they should be in higher quality than that of the Sekirei pic.
Same goes for Wolverine: most of yours cannot be used due to the poor quality. Even if it's just 95kB max., they can be in higher quality than that.
zid: name of the series are in the filename.
Okay...I'll try and help out with this. Question though...lets say a series is already marked with a banner and we think we have a 'nicer' one....we can still send it on right? :) No offense to the person who made the previous one of course.

Darkfire: all of those of your last post and in too much of poor quality. Just check Bleach or ES21 banners to get an idea of the quality.

The last one looks better than the others, but it's still in bad quality. Anime screenshots don't usually turn to be good quality material, I would recommend colored manga scans or official pictures for making these banners.
When I get home I'll change the format to JPG and decrease the size to 95kb or less, but this is it for the Double Arts banner:
