Yeah, I tried to summit tons of scan there but they are so picky about them. Still, they've got really nice wallpapers and scans there.

Just unlock your start menu taskbar then drag and drop it to whichever side you want.

For the changing of the themes, you don't need any additional applications.

The I laugh at the people using applications like Windows blind or style xp. Since there is extra GUI skin themes already included for XP.

Like the theme I'm using called royale noir.

Nice, I didn't like the media center glossy blue theme that is also available. However the luna theme as always hurt my eyes.
