Sirs, I'd just like to ask who is in charge of uploading the links at the top of the page (below 'Download Options'; not the ones in the comments). This is because it appears that those PNG files have not been optimally compressed. They are 6.37 MB, while an optimally compressed upload is only 5.3 MB.
The Mangastream.com source images are 256-color (8-bit), not 16-million colors (24-bit). 16M-color PNGs have a huge filesize, so if 256-color PNGs are uploaded, this should save download time and disk space for both the uploader and the downloaders.
There's no need to do a screenshot of the page anymore, resulting in 16M-color PNGs, since the Mangastream.com images can now be downloaded as one file per page, unlike previously, where the manga page was splitted into different images, necessitating a screenshot.

About the manga chapter: Is it just me or is Mangareader.net's translation much better than Mangastream's? Example (notice the awkward translation flow and misplaced words) : http://mangastream.com/read/naruto/30783368/9
