The waiting rules main purpose is only to ensure that enough of the traffic is diverted to their sites and their own readers, that's how the scanlation groups generate revenue from traffic, before a release is hosted anywhere else.  Thus, we're simply helping divert more traffic to their site by posting their reader link.

They still didn't notice that megaupload fails if you use symbols in the filename like "&".
